Terms and Conditions for Reverend James Clarke's Giveaway on Twitter:

Eligibility: The Reverend James Clarke's Book Giveaway on Twitter (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and who follow Reverend James Clarke on Twitter.


Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on April 8, 2023, at 12:00 am Eastern Time and ends on May 27, 2023, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period").


How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, you must retweet a post advertising Reverend James Clarke's books during the Giveaway Period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entrants who submit multiple entries will be disqualified. No purchase of a book is necessary to enter.


Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified by direct message on Twitter within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period.


Prize: The winner will receive a 6-month subscription to Amazon's Kindle Unlimited, with a total value of $47.86 as of 4/9/2023. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The prize is only available to followers located within the United States.


Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to Reverend James Clarke using your name, Twitter handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further payment or compensation to you.


Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Reverend James Clarke and its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
